Professor Mariapia Mendola has been appointed as the new Scientific Director of the Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano

We are pleased to announce that Professor Mariapia Mendola has been appointed as the new Scientific Director of the Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano.

Mariapia Mendola is Professor of Economics at the University of Milan Bicocca, Scientific Director of the Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano, research Fellow at IZA and co-editor of The B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis and Policy. Her research interests include economic development as well as international and political economics, with a particular focus on migration. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Milan, a Master degree in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and B.Sc. in Economics and Social Sciences (DES) from Bocconi University in Milan.
